Steven Kotler and The Rise of Superman

Having spent many years studying N.L.P and hypnosis, the concept of peak performance has always been fascinating to me.

Tapping into FLOW states when writing Aggressive Health is something I remember vividly, as was going through the process of frustration and despair.

The same is true in business - when everything was just clicking along perfectly and making good decisions was easy. Then again, times of despair and frustration.

Then there's salsa dancing, when moves are coming out of no-where and other times when... yes, you've guessed it, it feels like I've two left feet.

Even to this day, I'm constantly looking for better ways to perform and yes I could bore you with stories of being more efficient and effective in business etc. but my real passion is GOLF! 

Although golf isn't even mentioned in this podcast, I'll be reading Steven Kotler's book with the concept of improving my golf state in order to reach my UTOPIAN GOAL of getting my handicap down to scratch. I spend a lot of time with my movement coach working on subtle movement concepts and ideas to gain more awareness at a subtle level... AGAIN - with the driving focus - IMPROVED GOLF!

Anyway, FLOW states are fascinating - I'm saving Steven's book to read when I'm on holiday, but listen to him now. I think I've listened to this podcast maybe 5 or 6 times already!
