deep sleep with vivid dreamsas a night shift nurse, i have trouble with my sleep-wake patter. most times i try to sleep during the daytime to work at night, my sleep would get interrupted by either noise, or i would somehow wake myself up in the afternoon and therefore cannot go back to sleep. i purchased this on a whim thinking i can use for some yoga. after some additional research, i found out that the essential oils in this blend actually helps the pineal gland (the gland that secretes melatonin). i put this in my diffuser along with the bedtime blend, immune illume, and feel good today oils. i also put some drops of the sweet sleep oil to my satin linens, pillow, and lambchop plushie. it actually worked! i had one of the best sleep ever since starting as a night shift nurse! i also had really vivid dreams. will update later on to see if this is a constant thing.
